What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (or CBD to its mates) is one of many chemical compounds found in hemp and cannabis plants that has a whole bunch of health benefits, some of which we don’t even know about yet! Unlike other chemicals in the cannabis plant, CBD isn’t “psychoactive” at all: When you dose up with CBD, you’ll get the health benefits, but not the high.

Is CBD Legal?

Provided it doesn’t contain THC, CBD is completely legal in the UK, whether you want to use it in a tincture or topical cream. All Vicii Botanicals products comply with MHRA regulations, from the balms to the bath bombs, so you have nothing to worry about.

Where Does Our CBD Come From?

The CBD oil used in our products is sourced from an organic farm in the sunny state of Colorado, USA. Thanks to their ethical business practices, we are proud to say that all our products are pesticide free, GMO free, cruelty free and vegan!

We source our CBD from an ethical, organic US-based supplier to create high-quality products you can trust, straight from one of the highest states in America.

What is Full Spectrum CBD Oil?

Full spectrum oil has even more of the good stuff you love, as it contains the full spectrum of beneficial cannabinoids and natural terpenes that the cannabis plant has to offer. Thanks to these extra compounds, our products can create the ‘entourage effect’ where all the cannabinoids and terpenes team up to create even greater effects than you get from other oils on the market.

In short, by using full spectrum CBD oil, our products allow you to experience even more of the benefits of cannabinoids.

Shipping

What are the Shipping Options and Time Frames?

We dispatch all UK deliveries with Hermes or Royal Mail 24/48 Tracked & Signed, meaning you should receive your order in 24-48 business hours (Mon-Fri). However, we cannot guarantee that all deliveries will be made in 48 hours, as it may take longer in certain cases.

We apologise if your order takes longer than expected but we will always try to arrange delivery within 48 hours of your order being placed and accepted.

Delivery Charges

If you place a big order that comes to £20 or more, you’ll get free delivery to your door, but we’ll charge a delivery fee of £3.99 for orders below £19.99. It pays to be a big spender at Vicii Botanicals, so why not try something new like one of our indulgent CBD-infused bath bombs?

Dispatch Times

Order placed before 12pm (GMT time) Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day, so if you place an order on Wednesday morning, you’ll probably get it in time for Friday night! We know that waiting at home is no fun, so we’ll always try and dispatch your order quickly when you shop with us.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy

We like to think that our products are the best CBD-infused goodies out there, but if you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns for refunds within 28 days of your purchase. We’ll refund or replace any offending items if you return them in the same condition you received it, so please get in touch with our team if you have any issues with your order.

What are the Shipping Options?

When returning an item, you are responsible for arranging delivery within the 28-day return window, so we advise you post the items with a delivery receipt to make sure it was returned successfully. Please use the original packaging or include the delivery reference number so we can investigate any faulty items and try to stop the issue happening again.

What are the Shipping Charges?

Unfortunately, any postage costs incurred from returning the product to us are non-refundable, so we apologise for any costs and inconvenience caused. After receiving the order, you are responsible for making sure the faulty order reaches us before we process a refund or replacement on your order.
